Shipping Date for Saturn Pre-Orders(continuous updating)
Update from October 20th,2020
We are almost there. There are around 1000 units of Saturn left, and we're about to ship them all out before November. A long journey finally comes to an end, but our service to all the Saturn supporters will continue.
During the past month, we ran into a shortage of screen supplies and had to return some of the guideways that came defective and didn't meet our standards.
There is also an increasing number of customers canceling their orders during the past weeks, and to them, we say Sorry that we didn't live up to your expectations and failed your trust. It's been a very frustrating time waiting for so long and get nothing. We are really sorry about this, and if we ever rerun the pre-order campaign in the future, we will make sure we are ready in every aspect and deliver all the orders in time.
Meanwhile, most of the customers are still hanging in there and haven't cancelled their orders and to them we say Thank You ALL So Much for your great patience with ELEGOO and t's such a privilege to have your support. We really appreciate it.
Once we shipped out all the pre-ordered Saturn, we will start shipping Saturn to Amazon next month. If you want to get notified, please sign up for our newsletter at the bottom subscription section on this page. We will send you an email when we ship out Saturn to Amazon so you can track down when they are available on Amazon.

Update from September 23rd,2020
Till today we have shipped out all the Saturn pre-ordered in the first batch and a few from the second batch as well(US and EU mostly, partly UK).
For people from the first batch who haven't received the tracking number yet ,for example some European and Canadian customers, you will receive the shipment notification around next Tuesday(Sept 29th) as the goods are right now on the way to the warehouse but will arrive very soon next week.
For the second batch, we have already started the shipment from this week and if production goes well we may be able to ship out the rest Saturn to overseas warehouses around middle October. We will keep updating the google sheet and keep you guys informed.
Once again, we apologize for all the delayed shipment, and we thank you for your kind understanding. But if you don't like to wait for any longer, you can always ask for a refund at any time in your Shopify account or send us an email, and we will refund you right away.
NOTE: We will NOT ship Saturn to Amazon unless we shipped out all the pre-ordered Saturn first.
Updates from September 2nd, 2020
During the past few weeks, we have gone through a very frustrating period of production. With adjusted QC procedure, it takes a longer time for the production of each Saturn as to make sure no more damages happen, which delayed the whole shipment schedule. Till today we have shipped out 520 units of Saturn(some are still on the way to the warehouse and will arrive shortly later next week) and as to the rest 480 units, will be shipped in the next a few weeks.

Once again we apologize for the delayed shipment and will spare no pains to ship out the rest Saturn ASAP.
Updates from August 4th, 2020
We have shipped out more Saturn from this Monday for the early-bird-orders to Canada, Europe, and the US customers. Besides, we will ship out 300 more later this week to cover the rest of UK customers from the early-bird-orders and some of the pre-order Saturn from the first batch.
Since we need to ship out Saturn to our warehouses in Canada, Europe, the US, the UK, and Australia first so that you don't need to pay the import duties, which means you won't have the tracking number until we start dispatching orders from the warehouses.
It usually takes two weeks or so to arrive at the destination warehouse. Then we will update your order with tracking numbers from the third week of August. You will be receiving them around Friday of that week. Yeah!

Updates from July 24th, 2020
Finally, we started shipping out Saturn this week, but due to some unexpected production issues, the whole production has been delayed for quite a while, and we are now a little behind schedule, for which we are very sorry.
With the limited production, we could ship out only small quantities each time. This week from July 20th, we have shipped out around 150 units of Saturn and will have more in the coming weeks, and hopefully, we will ship out all the 1000 units before August 15th. As to the second batch of pre-ordered Saturn, we will start shipping around the middle of September.
Another challenging issue we're facing right now is the air shipping problem, a big headache recently due to the COVID-19. We are working on a better shipment solution to ship to Canada, Japan, and Europe without customers paying extra import duties as promised. The 150 units of Saturn are mainly shipped to the US and some to Australia. Currently, the shipping method to both countries still works, and customers don't need to pay the duties except the shipping fees are increasing almost every day. (We are really working against time now).
You will receive an email notification after we upload the tracking number of each shipped Saturn, but instead of shipping to your address directly, all the Saturn will be firstly shipped out to our overseas warehouse, and then UPS/DHL will come to pick up the printer and ship it to your address, which is why you dont need to pay the extra import duties as we have covered it for you.
However, if you check the tracking number immediately on UPS/DHL, it will only show you that label created and no further updates, which is normal, and there is no need to worry. It will update once UPS/DHL picked up the package like mentioned above. You will get your Saturn within the next 3-7 business days, which depends on how fast your local UPS/DHL transfers given the intense situation of COVID-19 in some places.

Updates from June 28th, 2020
Thank you all for your tremendous support to ELEGOO Saturn.
All the Saturns are sold out very quickly in the two batches of pre-order campaigns.
We are now working against time to make sure we will ship out orders in time.
As mentioned in our previous Facebook post, the first batch of pre-ordered Saturn will be shipped out before the end of July, and the second batch of pre-ordered Saturn will be shipped out before the end of September.
We will send you shipping info once we have the tracking number form carriers, but before that, what we care about the most is the QUALITY.
You don't want to receive a defective Saturn after waiting for such a long time. So do we. We check and test every single Saturn and make sure each of them can print flawlessly before we ship it to you.
